• Finding the right therapist is an important part of the healing process. You may be a good fit for my practice if you’re looking for a therapist who is collaborative, trauma-informed, and who values understanding the deeper patterns that are shaping your emotions, relationships, and nervous system. I do not believe therapy should feel sterile or cold. My goal is to welcome clients from many walks of life with grace and warmth. I work best with individuals and couples who are ready to explore themselves and relationships with transparency and honesty. Therapy is hard work, but the reward is invaluable.

    I offer free 15 minute consultations for all potential clients to talk with me about their goals for therapy and ask any questions!

  • My fees are $135 for 50 minute individual sessions. $150 for 50 minute couples sessions. At this time I do not take insurance, but I am happy to provide clients a “superbill” to submit to their insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

    I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots beginning at $80 per session.

  • For some clients, faith and spirituality are meaningful parts of their identity and healing. I offer faith-informed counseling for individuals and couples who would like their Christian beliefs intentionally integrated into therapy. This may include exploring spiritual values, addressing faith-related wounds, or incorporating prayer or Scripture only when requested by the client.

  • I believe therapy should be accessible for everyone. I offer a select number of sliding scale spots. Please inquire about these spots, as they are limited. Ultimately, I am here to advocate for your mental health. Whether it is me, or another clinician in the area, I am here to serve my community and do what it takes to point you in the right direction to be sure you get the care you are looking for! Do not hesitate to reach out!

  • The first session focuses on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping to gain from our work together. My goal is to gather as much information as I can about your story in order to begin to create a plan for us moving forward. I value keeping track of client goals and progress throughout the therapeutic process so we can look back and see how far you have come! I have found it gives my clients much relief in creating and accomplishing goals that can be measured. You deserve to be the hero of your story.

    We’ll move at a pace that feels supportive and respectful of your comfort level. I have no expectation for clients to share everything right away, nor do I think this is always helpful for the client. We will wrap up our first session with a clear idea of where we are going and what to expect moving forward.
